General Investor Questions:
We want to work with like-minded opportunity seekers and are looking for a diverse set of investors to help us build amazing things for our communities. We aim to bring on investors of a wide variety of backgrounds so that we have representation from all walks of life. To become an investor, please fill out the form below and someone will be in touch.
They vary by project, but generally we shoot for high teens IRR’s and a 2X multiple on 5 year holds. For projects of a longer duration you can expect a lower IRR and higher multiple. However, each project is different and the best way to evaluate returns is to get on our distribution list.
We work on all sorts of projects but typically tend to focus on multifamily, urban infill, land aggregation, commercial/flex office and most recently, conservation-oriented developments.
We typically invest in the greater Austin area but have projects throughout central Texas.
