We started The Geyser Group because we were real estate investors who didn’t like our existing options. We’ve created our own niche in the marketplace to do well by doing good.

They vary by project, but generally we shoot for high teens IRR’s and a 2X multiple on 5 year holds. For projects of a longer duration you can expect a lower IRR and higher multiple. However, each project is different and the best way to evaluate returns is to get on our distribution list.
We work on all sorts of projects but typically tend to focus on multifamily, urban infill, land aggregation, commercial/flex office and most recently, conservation-oriented developments.
We typically invest in the greater Austin area, but have projects throughout Texas. We are currently exploring opportunities across the Midwest, Southeast and Rocky Mountains.
