Matt McDonnell
Matt is a co-founder and managing partner of the Geyser Group, a private Austin-based commercial real estate sponsor and developer. Before Geyser, I founded a family office and spent 7 years investing in all flavors of alternatives, but primarily venture capital and commercial real estate. Prior, I served as the COO of Famigo, a venture backed technology company in the education and consumer sectors of the mobile technology industry. I’ve also served as an executive in non-profits, including 5 years as an Outward Bound instructor, and earned a J.D. from UT Law, an MBA with a Finance concentration from the College of Charleston and a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University. I serve on the board of Sonic Guild, a national organization that supports the careers of live musicians. I am also the co-founder of a real estate technology VC, Stellifi.
Dan Graham
Dan Graham has been a Partner at Notley since 2015. Since selling BuildASign to VistaPrint in 2017, he has launched and played a role at multiple other firms; GP at Springdale Ventures, GP at Geyser Group, Board Member at CiviTech, among others. He is the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 Central Texas Award, Austin Business Journal’s 2012 Best CEO Award, and Austin Under 40 Austinite of the Year. Dan gives back to his local Austin community through participation on the Board of Directors for Austin Community Foundation, Austin Monitor, the 4ATX Foundation, and others. He acts as a mentor and investor to entrepreneurs, working with organizations like SKU, Beam, Agave Fund and Capital Factory.
